Typickle Cheese Burger
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef (preferably a mix of chuck and sirloin)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped Typickle Dill Pickle Chips
For the Burger Toppings:
- 4 burger buns (preferably brioche or pretzel buns)
- 4 slices of cheese (such as cheddar or Swiss)
- Arugula or baby spinach leaves
- Sliced red onions
- Tomato slices
- Additional Typickle Dill Pickle Chips
For the Typickle Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped Typickle Dill Pickle Chips
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and finely chopped Typickle Dill Pickle Chips. Gently mix until the ingredients are well incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty slightly larger than the burger buns.
- Preheat a grill or stovetop griddle over medium-high heat.
- Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness (for medium-rare, cook to an internal temperature of 130-135°F or 55-57°C).
- Just before removing the burgers from the heat, place a slice of cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.
- While the burgers are cooking, prepare the Typickle sauce by combining the mayonnaise, finely chopped Typickle Dill Pickle Chips, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Stir well to combine.
- Lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- To assemble the burgers, spread a generous amount of Typickle sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place a cheese-topped burger patty on top of the sauce.
- Top the patty with arugula or baby spinach leaves, sliced red onions, tomato slices, and a few additional Typickle Dill Pickle Chips for added crunch and flavor.
- Place the top bun over the fillings to complete the Typickle Burgers.
- Serve the Typickle Burgers immediately while they are still warm and enjoy the gourmet twist of Typickle flavors!
