1. When did you all open?

Answer: We have been open at our retail store located at 2409 N Big Spring St, Midland, TX 79705 since May 5th, 2023. But have been in business since Mid-2019.

2. Are your pickles vegan?

Answer: Yes, all our pickles are vegan. We do not use any animal-derived ingredients in our pickling process, including honey.

3. Are your pickles gluten-free?

Answer: Yes, our pickles are gluten-free. We make our vinegar from a sundried wheat, and it is distilled until the gluten is denatured and removed by distillation.
Matter of fact we are corn free and, preservative free, dye free, we make sure t source from areas that don't use roundup and other chemicals, although we can't guarantee they are free from herbicides we do clean thoroughly and most of our pickles are sugar free. 

4. What varieties of pickles do you offer?

Answer: We offer a wide range of pickle varieties, including dill pickles, sweet pickles, spicy pickles, and specialty flavors such as garlic, jalapeño, & even fruits seasonally. Visit our website at explore our pickles to see our delicious selection.
